How we work

Every article is researched from primary sources and secondary evidence, written in plain language, and reviewed before it goes live. Where guidance is genuinely India-specific — vaccination schedules, climate-related care, cultural practices — we reflect Indian guidelines and realities rather than copying Western defaults.

We revisit guides as the evidence changes, and we keep our free tools — like the due date calculator and IAP vaccination schedule — accurate and private, running entirely in your browser.
